These terms apply to this website and its estimate tools. A signed project agreement contains the terms that govern actual fence work.

Website content, cost guides, service-area information, and estimate responses are general planning information. They are not a binding bid, warranty, engineering opinion, or promise of availability. Scope, measurements, price, schedule, materials, and warranty terms become binding only when stated in a written agreement accepted by Frontier Fence and the customer.
These website terms do not replace or change an approved proposal, signed contract, warranty, or Frontier's project terms and conditions. If website content conflicts with a signed project agreement, the signed agreement controls.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, property, access, ownership, boundary, utility, sprinkler, HOA, and permit information relevant to an estimate. Frontier will confirm project-specific responsibilities in the written agreement. Do not rely on website examples to determine a legal property boundary or code requirement.
You represent that you have permission to submit the information and photos you upload. You authorize Frontier and its service providers to store, review, and use those submissions only to evaluate, communicate about, secure, and manage your request and related business records. Do not upload unlawful material or unnecessary sensitive information.
When you submit the estimate form, you consent to Frontier contacting you by call, text, or email about that request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carrier message and data rates may apply. You may ask Frontier to stop text or email contact, subject to communications still needed for an active project or required business records.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, probe or disrupt its security, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape the site in a way that burdens it, or use the estimate form for spam or unlawful activity. Frontier may block abusive requests and preserve relevant security records.
Frontier owns or licenses the site design, text, branding, photographs, and other content. You may use the site for personal project planning but may not republish or exploit its content without permission. Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms and practices.
Frontier works to keep the website accurate and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every page is complete, current, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available. Nothing here limits a responsibility in a signed project agreement or a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Utah law governs these website terms without overriding applicable consumer protections. Frontier may revise the terms as the website changes. The terms in effect when you use the site apply to that use.
