An estimate request may include your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, fence type, estimated footage, project details, and photos you choose to upload. The website also records limited technical and referral information, such as the page visited, referring site, campaign tags or advertising click identifier, browser user agent, and limited connection data used to prevent form abuse.
Frontier Fence uses this information to review the project, contact you, prepare or schedule an estimate, maintain relevant business records, improve customer follow-up, secure the form, troubleshoot the website, and understand which sources generate legitimate project inquiries.
This site may use your browser's temporary session storage to remember referral information and details you provide to the guided fence assistant. It also uses Google Analytics to understand page visits, estimate completions, and clicks on phone or email links. Analytics may process browser, device, approximate-location, referral, and interaction information, but Frontier does not send project descriptions, uploaded photos, names, phone numbers, or email addresses to Google Analytics. Session storage is generally removed when the browser session ends. Frontier does not currently use this website to sell personal information or for cross-site targeted advertising.
Frontier may share information with providers that host and secure the website, store lead backups and photos, or deliver email notifications. These providers process information to perform services for Frontier. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety or rights, address fraud, or complete a business transfer.
Upload only photos you have permission to share. Avoid including people, license plates, financial documents, access codes, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for Frontier to evaluate your request. Uploaded photos are kept out of the public site and used for the estimate and related project communication.
Project information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for estimating, customer service, project records, security, dispute resolution, accounting, and legal obligations. Security rate-limit records are limited and stored separately from the saved lead where practical.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information submitted through this website, and you may ask Frontier to stop contacting you. Where applicable law provides additional rights, including portability or the right to opt out of certain processing, Frontier will honor a verified request. Some information may be retained when needed for a contract, security, accounting, or another legal obligation.
Frontier uses administrative and technical measures intended to protect submitted information, including encrypted transport, access restrictions, abuse controls, and non-public photo storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe information submitted here is at risk, contact Frontier promptly.
This website is intended for property owners, managers, and adults planning fence work. It is not directed to children under 13, and Frontier does not knowingly request personal information from children through the estimate form.
